I used to have it, but haven't used it much and now can't seem to find it.

For NSW go to http://www.racenet.com.au/ pick the club from the lookdown list and you will find a link to the stewards in hmtl format for each club (expect for ajc - PDF) or http://www.racingnsw.com.au/racing.asp and click on the meeting you want. These are all PDF format.

Only when there is nothing else to do !

The www address I gave [RISA] covers steward reports for all Aust. states and meetings, including jockey and trainer premierships and even basic form guides. You would know that by now but others visiting this thread might not, unless they click onto it.
