Default Ladder Staking Plan

Much has been said about staking plans , most of it being negative.
It is said a plan cant work unless it shows close to break even at level stakes.
I tend to dissagree , rightly or wrongly.

Here is a staking plan that does work & can be taylored to ones level of comfort zone & bank risk.
Ladder staking plans can turn a negetive level stakes result into a positive .
Even if there is a -30% LOT
Over a series of 60 bets ,where there are some winners paying $3.00+

Try & use a sensible selection method that has produced say a SR of 20%+ which can produce a result of no less than -20% LOT over 150 known bets,
with its longest known run of outs is not much more than 20 outs in a row, hopefully not proceeding another 20 outs in a row after just one winner.

If one cant pick any winners, all staking plans will fail.
Its a good idea to have a second bank of the same amount as a back up if the wheels totally fall off.

SELECTION METHOD
One method of selection, is to stop betting at each venue as soon as your method strikes one winner for each venue .
Combine the staking all in one ,stopping at each venue that produces a winner & continue with the other venues until a winner is struck at each of those..
e.g.targeting the sole 100Pters for each venue as shown on UniTAB.
No-Bet race if there are no 100pters or if there are 2 or more 100pters in the same race.
This works most days with some good divs, especially NZ.
Check it out , it works well.

LADDER STAKING PLAN.
These are all geared for a run of 60 races to produce a $2.00+ profit .
One keeps betting up the ladder win ,loose or draw until $2.00 in front , then start from the beginning.
The idea is to start again as soon as $2+ profit of bank is acheived.
e.g. $330 bank , $2+ profit needed before restarting .
If one reaches bet No.60 one does not proceed any further , either start with a new bank or give up punting forever.

The more aggressive it is , the faster it recovers & the more possible profit.

1x6 example.
e.g. 1L,1L,1L, 1Xw2.00, 1L,1L,2L, 2Xw2.50, 2L, 2Xw3.00, 2L,2L, 3Xw3.90
O/L 21.00
Ret 24.70
Prof +$3.70 = +18% POT

Level stakes at $2.00 a bet
O/L 26.00
Ret 22.80
Loss -3.20 = -14% LOT

$ x Lots of 6
1--6
2--6
3--6
4--6
5--6
6--6
7--6
8--6
9--6
10--6
Bank needed $330
Last bet No.60 needed odds to break even 33/1
or several winners totaling these odds at the end process.

$--Lots of 5 (my favorite)
1x5
2x5
3x5
4x5
5x5
6x5
7x5
8x5
9x5
10x5
11x5
12x5
Bank needed $390
Last bet needed odds to break even 32.5/1

$--Lots of 4
$1x4
through to $15x4
Bank needed $480
Last bet needed odds to break even 32/1

$--Lots of 3
$1x3
through to $20x3
Bank needed $630
Last bet needed odds to break even 31.5/1

$--Lots of 2
$1x2
through to $30x2
Bank needed $930
Last bet needed odds to break even 31/1

$--Lots of 1
$1x1
through to $60x1
Bank needed $1830
(Not recommended, done here just for interest sake)
Last bet needed odds to break even 30.5/1

All the above are over 60 bets.
The plan does work in the right hands & is not as aggressive as most progression plans out there.
It is also very easy to use.

Try it out on some of your past results first.

Cheers.
