Default Accessing historical form?

Anyone know where I can access historical form from?
Tried TVF but the website seems to be having problems.
Happy to pay for it.

I think Cyberhorse has something along those lines....not 100%.

Anyone tried to purchase something from TVF/Cyberhorse and if so
how have you gone?

The website appears rosy but trying to purchase something is a lot different and the
cc facilities appear out of date and expired and do not accept payments.

I seem to be having severe difficulties with them.
So rang them and purchased over the phone.
Paid money and empty zip files are being received via email.

It is not very professional I believe and will take matters further
if I don't receive immediate explanation within the next day.

I have been a subsbriber to Cyberhorse for many years and can say I have not had any major issues.

Would it not be logical to approach them in the first place??
Unless of course you have an axe to grind!

I have been getting their form files from the beginning and apart from an unfortunate server problem recently (happens to be an american server and I am sure we could give better service here, even if it costs a bit more), I had the best service from Bill and Co. Sure, I do not agree with some of his policies re. historical files but it's his business, he can run it any way he likes and if we find a better (cheaper source) we are free to go.

Sorry but your problem will not be solved by venting your anger on a forum, go back to the vendor, and having dealt with Bill for years I would not beleive that he would let you down.

Lomaca, I ain't venting my anger nor have an axe to grind.

Calling it as it happened.. and no doubt the purchasing part of the website
is as shoddy as hell and out of date and basically 100% ineffective.
Even some email help links are non-existent email addresses. It smelt of shodiness. Especially when they have just taken my cash, I am entitled to be a bit sceptical and seek help on a forum with others peoples experiences with a service I have just subscribed to.

If it is all fixed up tomorrow I am happy.

If you haven't had problems with the service, good for you. Just don't twist what I said. That's why I asked. My problem sounds like an isolated case and hopefully it will be rectified soon enough to keep a new customer.

I hope it will be fixed for you, but as I said, they have been having server problems for weeks and I dont understand why he is sticking with those hopeless providers, but again it is his business!
I am in no way connected to Cyberhorse so don't for a moment think I am standing up for him, but I stand by my comment, that the only people who can help you are at Cyberhorse, not here, and therefor your post seemes to be indicating at the least, some impatience on your part.
Sorry mate that's the way I see it.
