Default placing averages system

working on this system any feedback welcomed.
good horses usually average 50% combined winning and placing results to their total starts,
system -select a horse that has at least 20 starts, it has A 50% combined winning or placing result from all its starts, example -25 starts , 5 first, 8 seconds. at the last three starts has no placings , first , second , or third, but has been close up, no more than three metres from winner in any of the last three races , must have raced at same class or better last start, and at a similar or better rated race track last start, no non -tab races excepted, , must be having at least its third race from a spell, must be in a race up to 1600 metres, and have a good record at the race distance and track conditions, must have a senior jockey in the saddle , the horse must be a gelding,no older than 6 years old , mares and entires not accepted.must have started under 10 /1 at any one of the last three races.
if more than one horse in the race matches this system ,then no selection is made. betting 2units a win and 8 units a place , the place should be returning at least even money or no bet. if the horse loses again , but has a reasonable race ,back its next run.

Sounds like a bit of decent handicapping in all that: Considering only fit horses in their prime with a decent Jockey and SR, that are suitable at the distance and current form is OK.

How did you go finding qualifiers regarding the price you need or more importantly, have you tried it out and how did it go?
