Am wanting to know the strike rate of odds on favs, for the place in fields of 8-12, a break down of each of the field sizes would be great if anyone has that data available.

thorns/Paul, I can't actually answer your question as all my research stuff was dumped by the "Dragon" at the time of my divorce but, I went a long way down that path and couldn't get it to show more than about 1% POT over time no matter what (levels) BUT, there is still a safe profit there if you know how?

Odds on favourites place strike rate:

All field sizes: 79.86%
8 runners: 87.02%
9 runners: 82.03%
10 runners: 82.10%
11 runners: 81.71%
12 runners: 84.97%
