Here is an angle I saw somewhere .

Target TAB Nos. 1,2,3

Target any with at least 2+ career starts.

Target any with a 25+% Win SR.

If any of the 3 TAB Nos. are scratched , just focus on the remaining Nos.
Do not add any others

Must be only one horse that qualifies.

Any more than one qualifier, then no bet race.

Maybe someone could run it through a data base.
