Hey nevets,
The initial rough as guts and crappy horseracing systems may not be as far fetched as many would believe. Many a winning system has been made out of an initial losing one. Once you have the bare bones, you can then apply filters etc to weed out the rough guts and it could turn into a profitable venture. Good luck with your initiative.

Hope ya dont think i was takin the mickey there EI I used some basic rules from the post i read a month or two ago . If anything ive expanded the rules (or qualifications )and i dont touch anything thats paying less than 13 dollars in the courier mail and if thats not rough as guts i dont know what is. ive had some nice winners over the weeks its payed for itself or close to it and it gives me an interest in a lot of races and the number of selections has been up because of the carnivals and the amount of horses running round with good strike rates (50% or better for a place )anyway ill be at it again next week ill post em again if your interested . Its all a bit of fun for me if i lose what i bet on a saturday afternoon i dont feel bad about it cos im just paying for my entertainment , if i break square ive had an afternoons entertainment for nought and if i win im elated ....too easy...anyway ill talk to ya later. cheers... nevets
