If Top Of Recent Form Can be 1,2 or 3 In Distance

If 2nd On Recent Form Must Be Top On Distance.

Its an oldie from the Wizard book of systems.
You might have got an off day.
Generally its a money spinner when I,ve used it albeit around the $3.00 mark but then I only use it on Good TC.
