![]() Just a general word of warning to fellow systemites. When formulating a method stipulating a SP eg. say, 2-1 or less, beware, as the SP is just that Starting Price, in other words you only know what the SP is AFTER the race has started.
you can guess, but you don't know, what looks like a 2-1 chace 30 seconds b4 the off can change in an instant. The only way around this as far as I can see (and what I do with one plan) is to use the Pre-Post (forcast) price but needless to say you must use the same source all the time as different publications can differ. |

![]() Hi Partypooper,
I do this with several of my "systems" and the results are like "swings and roundabouts" some exceed expectations while others fall a little short! Alternatively, just bet BOB and you'll get at least SP and a lot of times more. |

![]() G'day Try, yes what I was getting at (expediently) was some posts where a system rule might say............. e.g.Tab no 1, LSW, Top rated, and less than 2-1. (STRESS EG. ONLY)
The last bit there is a can of worms, I mean 2-1 where? if its SP you can't pin it down, if its Tote, which tote? and when? 2 mins b4 the off, 1 min, 30 seconds, 5 seconds when? You see what I mean when is it a bet? to work a system out based on SP is just begging for it as the criteria didn't exist b4 the race! |
