![]() A great free one for Saturday metro only is the online system builder, google those words and it should be the top result.
Another reasonably cheap option is Bet Selector, when I signed up, you got the program free of charge for a monthly subsrciption to there data service. So for only $50 or so, you can get the basic database which can run all your system tests with data dating back to late 2007 if my memory is correct. The rolls royce of system testing software seems to be the GTX software, have no experience with it myself, and it is am epensive option as well. If your a system player, a database is a very valuable tool. It taught me a lot about punting, and don't know where I would be without it, great for realising those racing rules that we are all spoon fed as gospel arent all they are cracked up to be. Good luck. |

![]() From what I understand online system builder, is only for Saturdays racing which may not be good enough for everyone.
There is a peice of software available on another forum (race horse talk) which allows you to build up your own data using risa form and unitab form. It was written by theAnalyser. I've seen it and it looks ok but haven't played with it too much. Look for a thread called "Computer Calculations and Knowledge Rules for Race". At the beginning of the thread is the program as attachments plus some instructions on install. Only issue it has no back data, you need to collect your own data each day, and then grab the results at the end of the day. Somthing to do with copyright issues with risa. Hopefully providing details to a thread on another forum is not against forum rules. |
