![]() I have spent hours searching this forum for stats on days since last start (dls) and have found a fair bit of data but have not found anything really clearly presented or without confusion. I would be very grateful (and I am sure many others would be too) if data could be provided with these headings:
dls proportion_of_starters winning_%_of_starters 1-7 8-14 15-21 22-28 29-35 36-42 43-49 50-56 57-63 64-70 71-77 78-84 85-92 Ideally this would be for br sr mr ar races. I am sure someone can do this. Hoping someone can help. Gunny |

![]() Thats a bad break up. And you shouldn't be interested in strike rate but profit.
Any multiple of 7 should be in a group by itself as there are more runners on these breaks (7,14,21,28,35,42, etc). If no one replies and I get some time I'll gt you the results. |

Like mentioned check out (online system builder) through a google search and all the data is available for free on Saturday meetings. DLS is an important element I find in any system but must be used correctly with other variables to get the preferred results. One of my best systems is Saturday runners with 10 days LS |

Loss on Turnover on a break of 90-100 days narrows down to about 7%. I guess this is about the time a horse would be returning from a spell if it was just turned out because it had been up a while, not because it was injured or had other problems. Good sound horses can be expected to go well, even first up. If you cut out stayers, and bet with an operator who doesn't take out 14% as the TABs do, there might be an edge here.
