Trainer Peter Moody had booked Rothera on a truck back to Queensland prior to his Eclipse win
Not surprisingly Moody now intends to speak to the owner and reconsider

Rothera raced wide without cover early and middle stages so was a good win but both Folding Gear & Ginga Dude were unlucky in particular Ginga Dude
Last minute change of tactics for Ginga Dude didn't pay off
Ridden off the pace the rider had difficulty obtaining clear running in the straight
