After reading the story about Zeljko Ranogajec i was thinking more along the lines of exotics.

I know i don't qualify for the rebate but i was thinking of ways to use my ratings for the exotics, with tests i have done before i have a good strike rate for my top 4 of around 65% to 70%

Looking at today's races in 4 states these were the results.

MR 3/4
SR 3/4
BR 3/4
AR 2/4

i thought about trifectas and first 4s but have found that even though i have a good strike rate the it falls of for other exotics.

i am trying to think of other ways that i can profit from these selections, maybe some kind of parley or what ever, any ideas welcome.

I also do Ratings and I would also like them to magically turn into profit making Tools.

But you can't go looking at the various Betting Pools to see if any make a Profit.
The Ratings are either good , or they are ********.
And if they are good, then it is irrelevant which Pool you bet into , you must win.
The more uninformed money in the Pool , the more you win.

Don't matter how fancy your program is with bells and whistles and flashing lights, the Final Result must be more accurate than what Joe Public found.

If you cant win betting straight out , or at least get close to winning, don't go seeking Exotics.
Learn better how to interpret what the Ratings are saying.
Better still , keep a record of the results for a thousand races or so.
Don't stop recording when you find a losing run , and pretend it didn't happen.

So many Punters just don't get the OVERLAY.
It seems the Punters on this Forum win by completely disregarding it.
All the more Power to them.

I suggest you read every single website that mentions Overlays and really make it part of your understanding.
AND MAKE AN EFFORT TO APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE.

I,ve found that apart from Sat City races the pools are not big enough to make any money on the exotics apart from the quinellas.

The other thing and I,m positive Mooeee would agree that there,s no going past Bgahwans NEW system for pulling a quid at this point in time.
I,ve got it at 78.8 % on TO.
