Increase after a win - Staking Plan
The idea is to compound the profits quickly once a streak of wins hits.
Most methods have winning & losing streaks, if the SR is around the 23%+ mark. This aims to campitalise when the streak is on & reduces accordingly if its going cold again. This is not as risky compared to a loss recovery plans that try to recoup all in one go. On a really bad run , we would be betting just 2.0 units until the streak kicks in again. Initial Bet 4 units Increase by 1.50 after a win Decrease by .50 units after a loss. Min bet 2.00 units Max bet 8.00 units Example using a 600.00 bank Div O/L 3.00 x 4.0 - x5.5 - x5.0 - x4.5 - x4.0 - x3.5 - x3.0 - x2.5 - x2.0 - x2.0 4.00 x2.0 3.60 x3.5 - x5.0 3.90 x4.5 3.00 x6.0 - x7.5 3.00 x7.0 3.00 x8.0 - x 8.0 - x7.5 Ret 113.0 O/L 95.0 Total 18.00 = 19% POT Bank increase 4.5% SR 35% Compared to Level stakes. 400.00 bank- 4.00 bets. Ret 94.00 O/L 80.00 Prof 14.00 = 17.50% POT Bank increase 3.5% 7 from 20 bets = 35% SR And thats using small prices. With any larger prices & the profits can double compared to level stakes betting. And losses halved on a really bad run. All systems experience bad runs, sooner or later and you dont want to be standing there with a dazed look in your eye, saying, "what just happened". This is where most punters fall down , they dont have a "what if" plan if things start going Pear shaped, they usually wait until all their money is gone. Make sure you selection method has approx 23%SR @ $3.00 min, otherwise long runs of outs will be experienced.

Any time the strike rate is less than the payout rate , then a long run of outs is the Least of your problems. As TRUE as it is that the sun comes up every morning , just as TRUE is it that a negative expectation selection system will kill you. A LONG SLOW LINGERING DEATH. |
