Actually there was a fall, but it wasn't a Jockey it was the barriers that fell over.
Quite a unique situation and the first I have seen in all my years of betting everyday, but there again anyone that professes that they bet everyday would have known about the barriers.

Tractor pulling the barriers was the real culprit, so I believe
I think they had to use a crane to make good the barriers
