Can any one provide any insight into the gear a horse is using in todays race? If there is a gear change that is listed as a gear change but what if the change occurred last race it wouldn't be listed for todays race as a change.

Racing Australia site has Gear changes section and a Current gear section.
The current gear section has all gear a horse will sport.

Forgot to mention, at the same site if you click on the horse it brings up the form which has a Gear Changes tab.
This brings up all the gear changes it has had and what dates these occurred.
