Hi All,

Can anyone assist me with a piece of information relating to last start finish for subsequent winners?

I am specifically interested in the percentage of winners who finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th at the start prior to their win.

I have re-read this request and it might be a bit confusing.

I have my own database that shows 74% of winners finished in the first five at their most recent start (Sat Metro S/M/B/A)

I was trying to find out what the percentage was for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th.

Hope someone can help?

As you have the database with all the runners from 1-5, why don't you just run each place over your database seperately, to come up with the desired results for each position.

I wish it was that simple, but unfortunately I have a 'group' statistic in that I have only recorded if the horse finished in the first five last start, not its actual finish.
