I'm with Mystic on Starcraft.

An out of the box champ. Big, rangy and bred for the distance.
Special Harmony, another champ but for this race, I think Starcraft's name might be written all over it.

Not much of a betting race though except for a straight out win bet if $3 + can be had for Starcaft [2nd. Special Harmony, 3rd. Niello]. Less than $3 for a race of this class would be poor value.

cheers.

Sticking with Elvstroem e/w@ 17 bucks,Vrc Derby winner so will get the distance.Query on Starcraft,if you dig right into his breeding he may not get the trip.As for Special Harmony being labelled a"champion",that's a joke. What has she beaten?Cast your mind back to the Bill Stutt Stakes at Moonee Valley,1600 open handicap, only time she has raced against males, beaten over two lengths by Casual Pass.

Well I have been on the Starcraft bandwagon for awhile now and I aint jumping off here his breeding from the dams side looks like he might get this trip and the way he has been winning I think he can to.

Breeding smeeding, Starcraft is a freak i'm sure he's not bred to run as fast as he does but he proved breeding wrong there. We will just have to wait and see if he stays the trip and prove his breeding wrong again. Note Danehill sired perhaps the best 3yo sprinter in the land Exceed and Excel and also sired the quinella of the VRC derby Elvstroem and Kempinski over 2500.

Cheers Ed.
