Rules, using WA Tab-form pre-post prices on races from 900m to 2100 m.

(1) Take fav if finished 2nd last start AND was BF last start.(ie. b in form)
Sub rules: (a)last start within 21 days OR first up, up to 1200m.

(b) Finished within 3.5 lengths of winner LS.

IF no qualifier
(2) take 2nd fav and repeat rules.
