I am going to go out on a limb and pick Federer for the Mens title

For the womens I choose Molik - I just wish I had of taken the 25/1 about her 2 weeks ago before all of the withdrawals!!

I can't really see Molik winning it although I think it would be BRILLIANT if she did!!! It's definitely the best chance we're going to get of an Aussie girl winning it though because so many of the others are unfit or out of form.

Don't think anyone can beat Federer in this.IMO Agassi was his only danger,is he out?
Think Serena Williams in the womens, just watched her blow away that sexy little french girl, wow was that a mini she wore(almost wore!)or what.
Think Molik gets her chance here,at least she has the physical strength to match it with the Williams,Davenport & Mauresmo.
The other girls just can't match their power.
What price is Serena??

The main reason I am going with Molik is that she is in form and has no injury worries. If you look at all the other contenders for the womens title they are either out of form or coming in with an injury concern.

In saying that though I am still not going to take the $7 on offer as that is not great value for a player who has never made it past the 4th round at any grand slam event.

PH, Agassi's playing, but I don't think he can be feeling 100%. Federer's definitely the one to beat.

I think Serena's about $4 or $4.50 at the moment and if she concentrates on the Tennis instead of those ridiculous outfits she's promoting, that's probably an okay price. Despite her good form, Molik shouldn't be any shorter than about $12. Serena's my tip at this stage, but I'd love to see a Molik v Sharapova final though.

I guess I'll go for Federer/S.Williams.

Sportz,
thanks for the quick reply mate, think I will get on Serena at those odds.Hope I havent put the mokka on you by making the same selections!!Did you watch Federer destroy that bloke just now?I know the other bloke was supposed to be **********,but gee Federer is just an awesome athlete, makes it look so easy.I just hope Agassi retains some fitness as the week progresses.Imo Hewitt wont get a look in against either of them.

Think she will have come in in the betting after that match though. Might be more like $3.50-$3.75 now.

Sportz in the womens draw I think the williams sisters are past it,myskina is not going that great, she lost pretty easily last week:Mauresmo and davenport have had niggling injuries so thats why Ive taken MARIA
In the mens ,Hewitt is playing better than he has for a while, and Federer is awesome but he might be getting a big head which could see him endup like a slice of Gruyere cheese :full of holes
I took the double at $28 and Maria at $5.50
i like a price early,i took gary ablett in the brownlow at $61 and if he goes well and ends up $6 next september well then ill be laughing. All the bets are courtesy of one very nice priced winner at last saturdays Albion park trots so its the tabs money im using
Cheers
