Default Starcraft & Private Steer heading overseas

Reported that Starcraft will be heading to England next month. Will be trained by Luca Cumani, main mission the July Cup at Newmarket. Could return to Australia for another go at the Cox Plate.

Private Steer reported heading to the US to be prepared for a series of major mares races in California.

Thumbs down

It doesn't worry me in the slightest. These horses are owned by wealthy businessmen. These horses are racing for millions of dollars. The aim is also to improve their stud and broodmare values. Let's understand one thing for sure. Racing is not put on for our entertainment - the entertainment of the punters. Racing is put on to take our money. As a group, we punters are the suckers who finance racing.

Well hopefully Starcraft is just a cold weather horse and returns to his original form. I'm not holding my breath, but it would be a happy ending... Anyway, he LOOKS as good as any English horse!
