At this point in time would have to give Noble Red a pretty good chance in this as well as Lad of the Manor should both run well the weight does worry me a little with Lad of the Manor Grundys Crossing might be able to run a cheeky race to

Noble Red looks a great bet in this even affair. Huge effort to win first up from well over a year with 58kg's in a substandard race however. Drops 6kg here, is drawn well, step up in distance ideal, will go pretty close IMO. I think Lad might be the best horse in the race however i am not convinced he goes to well fresh, his record says he does but first up last Prep he won by a whisker in the country carrying an almost identical weight as he does here.

I'll take 3/1 Youth. inside gate over Flem 1400m, no speed, 100% fit and looks well weighted.
