Rule 1: Must have been the favourite in its last start.
Rule 2: If its last start was a handicap, the SP must have been 2/1 ($3) or less.
Rule 3: Racing in same class or lower class than its last start.
Rule 4: Must be one of the top three horses in the pre-post betting market.
Rule 5: Pre-post price must be from $3 to $8.50 inclusive.
