![]() Not trying to be smart but the three TABs have one of course. I suppose you're looking for something a bit more convenient.

![]() Im actually talking about the paper prices. I've only been back looking at racing for 4days but have found something that is interesting and showing some nice results. Was just trying to get a few weeks back to see if it continues. What im working on has a 52% win S/R over the last 4days and 39sels. So any help would be great.

![]() Thanks nanook but its not really what im after. Did you notice between $2-$2.90 actually showing a profit? although its very small its still a profit and a nice base to work with.
I'm after the prices that are in the newpapers. Just the favourites in each race. Can you print out only the favourite in each race with your program and send me a copy at racingnovice@yahoo.com.au ? If so i would be greatful. Thanks. |

![]() Nanook,
the ranked order part of that table is very interesting and worthwhile studying, and I will certainly be looking out for any of your posts. The ~6% edge of #3 over #1 seems to confirm my conviction that publicised selections with the highest strike rate represent poor value because they are overbacked. I'm also heartened to note your earlier statistics indicating that runners in runs 4-9 of a campaign win far more than their fair share, as opposed to 1-3. For some reason too many people here seem to warm to simplistic dud selections such as TAB#s when for very little effort they could be getting far superior results by instead exploiting these statistically verfied anomalies. |
