Rule 1: Operate on handicaps with 12 to 20 runners inclusive.
Rule 2: Distance of race 1400 to 2800 metres inclusive.
Rule 3: Eliminate jumps races and races on heavy going.
Rule 4: Horse must have ran 1st or 2nd in its last start.
Rule 5: Last start <=21 days.
Rule 6: Pre-post price $3 to $17 inclusive.
Rule 7: Eliminate any horse starting at odds-on.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR LAST-START 2ND PLACEGETTERS
Rule 1: Must be one of the top four horses in the pre-post betting.
Rule 2: Last start beaten a neck to 3/4 length (inclusive).
Rule 3: Eliminate races restricted to apprentice jockeys or female jockeys.

I just wonder that after ALL the analysing......... if you would even have time to put the bet on !!!
