System Analyser

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me with a system analyser? I need to be able to add and remove criteria's. I have 12 months worth of my own data and the types of things I track are.. TAB prices,Track Cond, # of Runners, Class of Race,

If anyone needs to know more in detail please contact me...

Also I am looking for a good 'Probability Calculator' that calculates the chance of the selection(s) winning based on price.
