Gday All

attached are my ratings for today's races...

It's Grafton Cup Day.. the BIG day in Grafton.. Sadly, I will be arriving there today at 5.00pm, in time for the celebrations but nothing else...

In the Cup I like the Taree Trained (MR Stitt) Precise Timing, He is Drawn well, has a top jock in Zac on board and is a proven country cup winner.. Having said that, he has failed 3 times at the distance, and had one go on the track or a win.. his dead track form is pretty fair winning 4 from 9 and being placed once.. Of the others Stormhill Happy Ivor Sunnah and Famous Dane have claims.. with Skylove a chance at odds... As ever in a country cup (this one is a G3) they are unpredictable beasts... Good luck if you have a bet, you should be able to find some value about your picks in this race

The other top race is James Kirby R8.. they will be goiong like scalded cats.. Good Luck if you can find the winner in that one... Hurricane Stroller is a Speedster and is my on top horse tho there are genuinely a heap of chances.. I would expect Macs Tune to be there abouts The others to consider are Hipwell Sir canny and Bloodstone and at a price (maybe) Canadoo will give you a good show. This bloke is trained by one of the 2 best country trainers (IMHO) in NSW and will give you a show... This is a good sprint to finish the day

Good Luck if you choose to have a bet

Gday Mav...

WC... thats where that ************ thing belongs I think... I think that horse is Group plced and can't win a maiden at a Provincial Victorian Meeting... *sigh* Sounds like ************ Davidoff to me

You can probaly bet that next time WC goes around I will be a dill and give it a chance and it will do no good again...

On a happier note, yeah the cup was a good race... Nice run by the winner and a good ride by Zac on Precise Timing... I thought he had him close to home.. I was driving a Train at the time and had my GF on the phone listening to the race, Alan called Dancing Daggers way back, I said to the GF that would be the horse to finsish the race off.. It always has back me next time written all over it every run.. I will keep letting it go I think.. because it keeps rattling home and missing.. all in all the Grafton carny had some great racing, I will make my way to the races there next year for the big days, its only a couple of hours from here...

Let's hope for some dry tracks soon so as we can bet with some confidence
