Unhappy So Close

Backed General Conclusion at four bucks, ******** it (thanks Mav). 2 Starts back General Conclusion finishes 5 lengths 3rd Caprizzi Strip. Caprizzi needs a bog track and the rain came down on an already heavy track just b4 it's race, drew 1 in a race without any natural speed bar him and as weak a race as they come. I couldn't have enough on, my biggest go since Alinghi in the Newmarket and i got $4.20. Price got crunched, jumped well lead had it's own way in front, but then

JASON F#$*ING BENBOW

Why he went for home 600 out and took the horse 5 wide around the turn, he showed complete inability, and i (regretfully?), nah, told him. Beaten a neck to Clavillo a complete non winner, who Caprizzi beat by 4L 2 starts ago.

Got some back with Civil in adelaide (never in doubt, huge odds $17) but the damage was well and truly done.

Hope you all had better luck then i

Cheers ED

Hey Mr Ed,
I see your chance to redeem yourself today at sandown. Opio Miss has to win sooner or later, what are your thoughts on his chances?

I only got Civil at $10 on S-tab, had to win very soon, and dropping close to 10kg on his last run it loked a good thing, hearing you got $17 is a cruel blow!

It certainly does, i drew an apllause from a couple of other Capprizzi followers aswell.

L2B, sorry couldn't reply sooner mate, been flat out all week, but i couldn't have OPIO with Hinton aboard, speak of the devil, his last ride on her was my most recent outburst at a jockey, she's sacked now anyway. I am very rarely critical of rides, but sometimes it boils over.

Not that they would even give me the time of day, probably thinking gees i'm glad this big prick lost all his money.
