![]() Can anyone shed any light on Lotteria's progress/plans for the next few weeks?
I took her as part of my doubles for the Cox Plate but haven't heard anything since she was second to Shania Dane on 4/9. Thanks a lot. |

![]() Well, I think she's still on track. She's currently about $21 for the Cox Plate.
I assume she'll probably run again on Sept 24 in either the George Main (1600m Group1) or the Bill Ritchie (1400m Group3) and then go on to the Epsom (1600m Group1) on the 1st of October. If she runs well, then she'll probably head down south. Last edited by Sportz : 12th September 2005 at 07:09 PM. |

![]() Ain't no shame in second to Shania Dane. Hawkes has Shania right!

![]() Lotteria is nominated for the 1500m Shannon Stakes (Group 2) on Saturday 17 September 2005.
The nominations are (drumroll please!)
I am a little ambivalent about her though. She looked good fresh in the Autumn and then severely dissappointed. Hard to put the house on her, though I backed her first up because of her fresh ability. 3 starts in I am still dubious. Cheers |

![]() What the....? I had a look at this week's nominations but couldn't see her anywhere. Perhaps I need to get my eyes checked!!!
Well, in that case, I guess she'll probably run this week, then onto the Epsom. |

![]() Thanks Pudnik, good to see her lining up and if good enough for the big ones should trounce that one.Tend to agree with your tentative view but can't go back to the doubles bookie for my refund so will hope for the best!
Took Vouvray and Confectioner in CC with her in Cox Plate at 400/1 and 450/1 so can only hope as other two are looking real chances for first leg. |

![]() I trust LOTTERIA, I just don't trust Gai! I learned that real quick.

![]() SS,
You'll soon learn that you shouldn't really pay any attention to Gai Waterhouse's thoughts about her horses' winning chances. She pretty much thinks ALL of her horses can win. Even if she's got 5 or 6 horses in the one race, she'll think all of them can win. ![]() |

![]() Sportz - agree, which often results on them being backed under the odds especially on NSW TAB.
Good oportunity to llok elsewhere. (Still hope she is right with Lotteria though!!). |

![]() No no no. I don't believe those tips. Especially when she says "good e/w bet" Hey reaL confidence there. I mean she's one that if i bet, i lose. if not she wins. one of THOSE trainers
