Any excel experts out there....

Hey all,

Was wondering how, if at all, you could use an xml feed to update prices into an excel spreadsheet. Is it possible? I have the xml feed data but am not sure how to go about it, you have to use macros in excel i think. Is this correct?
Any help would be more than cool....
