Anyone got any insight on the 2yo races this we, particularly the listed race in sydney race 2. Anyone with barrier trial comments, breeding comments etc greatly appreciated.

1st at Flemington, i've been told to have something on NADEEM, trained by David Hayes, absolute raffle though, unless you knew something i would be leaving them alone.

The Gimcrack on Saturday:

1 ANJUNA*
Was a terrific trialler and Beadman goes on. May be short though. Others to consider for the placings are possibly 4 Fleur Royale, 6 Heat Of The Fire & 8 Plagiarize.

The chances in the Gimcrack all ran on 13 September. Fleur Royale was the quickest of the day winning her trial by 3.5 lengths in 47.6 seconds. Rendzina won her trial in 47.7. Anjuna won her trial in 48.1.

These early two year olds really need to get to the fence, so barrier draws are even more important than usual. After the scratchings, Rendinza will come out of barrier 14. She'll have to be used up early to get across, or otherwise be trapped out. Fusaichi Rose ran 48.0 in Rendinza's trial and is drawn barrier 5.

If you feel compelled to bet on the race, I'd go Fleur Royale at a minimum price of around $3.75, with chances to Anjuna, and Fusiachi Rose.

No tips interested to see how a couple of them go though in sydney Redzina, Wiener, Zaffron Gal & Hummingbird if it gets a run. In Melbourne Gotta Have Heart, Mayberry, Our Oak & Zugat.

Filante has summed up the Gimcrack pretty well with Fleur Royale ,Rendzina ,Anjuna and Fusaichi Rose . However Bopalula may be a smokey from the Randwick trial.
Trust Me Honey, Wiener and Argine finished in a cluster at the Warwick Farm trial.
At Flemington Zugat was the best of the Bendigo trialled horses albeit in a slowish time. As with most Vic 2yo races I'd be leaving the race alone as I'm sure the "unofficial jumpouts" will provide the winner there.

Melbourne 2yo races are a joke. Wouldn't even look at them.

I was suitably impressed with Anjuna as well. I'm on at 7/2 & I may have a saver Plagiarize as well if the price is good enough.
