Showed plenty of cheek early but condition gave out.
Led and weakened badly.
Probably one run shy of top fitness.

COFFS HARBOUR GOLD CUP

R7 H4 CALL ME LILY

Huge class drop here and with 55kg should run a mighty race.

Sorry Paddy,

In this class of race Call Me Lily should have gone very close to winning. Obviously with that shocking run, I won't be backing her again this preparation. She showed nothing to recommend her for upcoming races.
Very poor run.

Paddy, with my tips; don't take them as certainties, I just give out selections which are good odds given the class of oppositon and sometimes I snare a bolter at good odds.

TIP Tomorrow:-

Kilmore R5 H1 Big Amy.

Again a huge drop in class but has the topweight which is a worry. However has a claiming apprentice on her back which should ease the situation somewhat. It all comes down to whether Michelle Hagley gives her mount every possible chance and rides according to instructions. She will have to ride this horse aggressively. Barrier 2 should suit over the 1600M and with 6 placings from 9 starts in much better company I think Big Amy should salute.
Has been knocking on the door recently and it's time to let her in.

No woes EI. Swings & roundabouts. Remember Macedon Lady. If you look closely at this thread, you'll see I actually gave you the winner. Backed yours & mine, and still showed a good profit.
