Does anyone know why we are banned from in running and why in running is not available for Australian races?

I know it is legislation, but what part of the legislation, I want to lobby the Member regarding this.

As far as I can recall, we have Brian (?) Harradine to blame for this. It was his part of the deal for voting yes on the GST that we would never have.
