as usuall clear as mud.....the actual rules are
1/choose your bookie site
2/lowest open price up to 6 that drifts out 2or more on the 1st fluctuation
doesnt get ant easier than that.... of course wait till the last moment as the prices change all the time
3/lay it
4/hope it doesnt win ...there were a couple of winners today but that is rare
