Default Benchmark Ratings

I have used Don Scott's methods for years, albeit on a simplified form. I cannot work out the new benchmark rating system. So here is my question. How many kilograms inferior would you class a Saturday BM95 to a Saturday Open handicap.

Not sure if it helps because I work in points not Kgs but I regard classes RB or BM above 96 as Open on any day, then I add my correction for the day of week.
So 96 being just one point above 95 I'd say go for the Open class Kg.

(for me >92 <=95 is 9.6 points, and >95 is 10 points and then I add all the other considerations on top)

According to my figures, around 3kgs.

But I am still refining that figure as more and more Benchmark races take place.

Drop me a line if you would like to discuss further. It would be interesting to talk to another person who uses a Don Scott-like rating system.
