Default Barrier 1

Mickey Rooney used to only back horses running from Barrier 1 or 2, o so the story goes, and he was supposed to have made a forune.

Roy Higgins was quoted as saying he’d take barrier 1 any day, even if it was the Melbourne to Warrnambool bike race.

Caulfield barrier 1 seems to do OK.

Q. How do you make a small fortune on the punt ?

To answer the question every punter throughout history has asked & you would like the answer in one sentence , my friend.
That's funny.

This Lay plan works a treat.

RULES
Target all resumers starting in Barriers 1-3
(90 Days+)

7-30 runners.

Price 4.40+

Bet .5% of bank level stakes
e.g. 1.00 per 200.00 bank

It has a 95% success rate.

Make good money.

Have a play around with this free interactive data base site to test any wild punting ideas you may have, you may be able to create your very own Holy Grail & share it with all of us , (or will he? now that he's been helped )
That site is...
Online System Builder (Google)

If you want to make a small fortune in racing you need to

1. Be dedicated to it.
2. Be prepared for setbacks and adjust accordingly.

Thats all their is to it. If you are dedicated to anything you will soon make money from it whether it be horse racing, share trading, marketing, etc. You will hit setbacks but you will eventaully succeed.

As a rough guide I would say you need to spend 4+ hours a day on racing. Either reading the form, watching videos, doing system tests, etc. What ever your angle is you need to be doing it 4+ hours a day solid. That would be the minimum. It will then take you 1 year + to get the experience to successfully gamble on horses (or your chosen sport).

Hard work is the best way...

Or find someone who does it and piggyback on their tips.

I know which is easier but I also know which is more enjoyable.

I piggyback on the Don Scott ratings at R+S with particular attention to those at asessed prices of odds on.
