Wink TAB no.1 overbet?

On the Systems forum I mentioned I am currently testing a method that shows promise.

From 5 August there have been a total 152 selections for 66 winners, giving a 33% POT.

From the 152 races there have been 24 of them where TAB no.1 has been the selection. 8 of them won. However, in spite of the system's overall POT of 33%, the result for no.1 is a 12% loss.

And Place betting on the system currently shows a 10.8% POT. There have been 17 placegetters from the 24 TAB no.1 selections, yet the result for no.1 is a 6% loss.

The system is providing acceptable profits, however TAB no.1 is showing a loss with both Win and Place betting, even with their good strike rates.

From this very small amount of selections it could easily be assumed that no.1 is overbet.

If anyone is betting on a system(s) where the selection's price is not one of the filters, then it might not be a bad idea to have a look at the results for TAB no.1.
