You chose to ignore the Terms of Use with your first post and not contact Management first. How about placing your survey link promotion in one of the well known racing publications for free? They operate in the interests of punters.
But guess what? They'll charge you because they have operating costs.

Well it so happens this site also has operating costs such as IT consultants, racing consultants and so on. This forum doesn't cost nothing to set up and maintain.
