Hey Jono i did back Mr Fiorelli as well and won ALOT of Money as it was paying $12. Before the race none of the tipsters backed this horse to come in the top 4 but they didnt have the Super late mail. To tell you the truth this my Dad's horse and we know the trainer fairly well and the comments from him were very good.
Mr.Foirelli should be running on the 21st this month depending on a Barrier trial. I will keep in touch There is alot more to tell about this horse and if you want to email me im at korn_boy42@hotmail.com Good luck and good punting |

Yes, it had the best form in the race (good 2nd 1st up to one of the fav's Run a Muk) was always going to turn the tables on him 2nd up 1800 with no weight. Would have won by lengths in not scratched a barriers in toowoomba week before. i would not have backed him though if i knew he played up so badly before the race. Anyway, i follow all lindsay hatch horses - he trains as good as anyone in qld.

Yes Jono Mr Fiorelli for some reason ALWAYS plays up in the mounting yard. Mr Fiorelli has been through trainers Beven Laming, Brian Mayfeild Smith and Mike Moroney. Its new trainer Lindsey hatch has 16 horses and he said it was the best one of the lot. Because Hatch doesnt have as many horses as Fiorelli's previos trainers he can spend alot more time with the horse.
As it is now Mr Fiorelli has been banned until he can behave with some reasonable manners in a barrier trial. He will have a trial on the 17th of December at Toowoomba and will race on the 21st at Doomben. Pray for him. Good luck and good punting [ This Message was edited by: Fiorelli on 2002-12-13 12:14 ] |
