Hi Paddy. I'm new to all this. The tips I put up on the net are based on some research I did involving over 7000 races. Of those about 2000 were in fields of 13 +. Fields of 12- despite a better strike rate still all returned a loss on top selection or top 2 etc. The 13 + fields made about 18% on turnover striking at about 28% when I bet on top 2 in fields of 13 to 14 and top 3 in fields of 15 +.
As I don't have time to sit and bet race by race I was happy to act according to this evidence, put my bets on and then go and do something else.
Maybe I'm deluding myself but I think I can continue to make a profit betting these.
It is only my enormous ego that has led me to put these up on the forums. Also it helps me with my own self discipline which is, at best, shoddy.
Talking of egos then, Perth Challenger, consider the imitation silk gauntlet cast down.
