Default Right Races

What are the races I should have a bet on and which ones should I avoid.

My answer is eliminate all mid week races. And concertrate on Saturday only.

What are your thoughts

Benny I'm not sure the answer is as clear cut.
It depends on if you specialise in some type or distance or 2yo's or whatever.
Some people actually concentrate on maidens and first starters.
For them midweek would probably be better.

I prefer Open class and above, no 2yo or 3yo and no restrictions.
