Default Have you ever noticed ???

..... that if you get two bulldog clips, one large and one small, and balance them on their edge, that the small one will tip over on less of an angle than the large one ????

..... that at terrible bush meetings where you get horses with the slightest of excuses in their previous run, in rubbishy fields, they tend to win more often than do their city counterparts with similar excuses, and at better odds.

..... and if you get $5.00 at the bush meetings you get the same return as if you backed a $5.00 winner in the city.

what the heck is a bulldog clip?
are they something from the bush?
or from the city?
I certainly wouldn't pay $5 for one.

moeee, re my last post in the Pareto Principle thread (don't want to clog that thread up with my crap) ..... indirectly you've confirmed to me that the Win %, as I'd thought, is a better filter in terms of POT than the Place %.

Sometimes when they lose they lose badly eh ???????

Brilliant moeee. It's a 10 % difference you've identified !!!!

A Bulldog Clip is sort of looks like a teepee house on stilts form an end elevation .....
