Good read Mark.
Reminds me of a good mate of mine who swears blind that I cost him a 100k pick six because I touched his Best Bets just before the last leg jumped and his horse ran second. ( I think it was a pick six, it was in the mid/late 80's and the Qld TAB used to run a quaddie type bet on the last races in Brissy)

Very interesting article Mark. I'm not normally superstitious but I've noticed if I wish michaelg well on a thread he usually ends up losing the next day so I've stopped doing that, or if I start following someone who has been going well on here then they too start to lose which is no doubt due to me putting some money on the tips. I've also noticed that if I sign in with the wrong password on my bot then that loses for the day (mind you that thing loses virtually everyday).
Hang on, maybe I am superstitious.
