Saturday 25th October, 2003 at Moonee Valley

No. Horse Trainer Jockey Barrier Weight
1 PEMBLETON John Morrisey K McEvoy 3 57.5
2 SUPER ELEGANT Tony Vasil G Childs 4 57.5
3 DANTANA Rick Hore-Lacy N Callow 5 57.5
4 AZEVEDO Robbie Laing S W Arnold 6 57.5
5 SPINNING HILL Guy Walter P Payne 7 55
6 OUR EGYPTIAN RAINE (NZ) Grahame Begg N Rawiller 1 55
7 BEFORE TOO LONG Gary Portelli J Cassidy 2 55
8 HALIBERY Mick Price C Newitt (a) 8 49.5

Halibery the one to beat, huge run 1st-up over this distance at Caulfield, 2 weeks back.

Spinning Hill warming up late for a strong 3rd to Halibery last start. Loves this track & distance.

Before Too Long is another who likes this track & distance. In fine form with a win at this track & Randwick last two starts.

Number 1 saddle cloth Pembleton has run some nice races 2nd-up in the past. Showing 14/1 Fixed Odds at the moment.

You lot are kidding.

If the track is fair, spinning hill will kill them.

track bias exists. perfect example is the straight six at flemington. how often do you see 1 side kill the other side. also if it is fictitious why do the jockeys all angle to one side or the other?
