R5[3]ABDULLAH. Budding superstar who will brain them in a tick over 1.09 for the 1200m. There are a couple in here with big wraps on them inculding ST ELMOS FIRE but you can be rest assured the big dullah will blow them all away. Just stand in line & keep pounding the cash on. This bloke is a superstar.
R7[1]KAYANO. Looks the goods with the kid to claim 3kg. What beats her wins. R8[5]OSCAR ERIC. Nice way to end the day & his last start effort behind a very promising stayer was full of merit. Go you good thing. All the best on the punt folks & enjoy the big Dullah strutting his stuff down the straight at the heath. |

Hi Yankee [ I assume you are a Southerner ? ], Saw Abdullah race in his first start in a small country meeting at Sale. Saw him in the mounting yard and 'ran' to get the best bookie price before they wised up and got hit by the rush !! Tipped it here for it's first city start but those two early start price are just a memory now. Will be interesting to see if Abdullah can handle the longer distances or remain a sprinter. Cheers. Abdullah: an over hyped horse who MAY be a superstar next prep. He has had good wins against mostly moderate opposition in his last 2 preps. Caulfield may not be his track.

Yankee,
Abdullah has only had 2 loses, both at Caulfield. The downhill run to home is ground he obviously doesn't like. Cheers. [ This Message was edited by: crash on 2004-01-18 09:09 ] |
