I was digging through my racing folder a few months ago and came across a little system that was for trifectas, i tried it along time ago and kept gettig 1st and 2nd's so i gave up. it takes s/r minus barrier

barrier 1-4 [-1]
barrier 5-8 [-2]
barrier 9+ [-3]
[ after scratchings]
eg; win s/r 35% barrier 3, 30% br 9, 22% br 7
35-1 =34
30-3 =27
22-2 =20
taking the top 3 in tri's, but i used them
a couple of months ago for a few weeks and while the s/r was low 4/18,5/22,3/19 a couple of ontop longshots came in DARALIMARA in syd $22 and a couple more i cant remember , it still made a small profit.It might do ok at mid weeks or country meetings if anybody wants to try them. it seems sound, good s/r and good barrier ????
