Default WA-V-East

G'day all, I'm doing ok with several plans that apply to Perth races, literally all showing a profit, over many years. What worries me is that, I've tried to apply the SAME plans to (as we say) the Eastern States this is the result:
Melbourne = a slight profit
Sydney = a slight loss
Brisbane = an even bigger loss
Adelade = an even bigger loss.

Mind you that is using a Ratings (service for the basic selections) based in WA. ,......... maybe if I used an Eastern States based Ratings Service it would be different.
But if anyone can offer any other explanation I would be VERY pleased to discuss it.

Partypooper.....very simply the amount of horses running around over here is a lot less than eastern states...it is a bit like Hong Kong....they have limited numbers of horses running around and the fiorm is a lot easierr to read(unless there is some shifty stuff goping on) so you can work out your ratings a lot easier.
A lot of brisy horse come down to sydney and melbourne is where the money is so a lot go there as well....so you have a huge mix of horses all over the place.

I would agree with what Shaun says and add that tracks in WA seem to be good or fast most of the time which probably makes the form more reliable too.

S & Kv, yes point taken, I've always said that WA form seems to be more relieable, so is that it just stick to what I know???
Sounds ok , but it's just that I intend to increase my stakes considerably, and wonder what affect this will have on the divies??
