Allways in search of better ways

Hi,
Everyone..

My present ratings system is based on Class and Weight Handicap Ratings but I am experimenting with Adding sectional Times.. Does anyone have or know of some good information regarding Sectional Times ratings?

My interest is to study it first before I go jumping in and adding it into my ratings..
