works 4 one not another?

I have a system , when put in test, it works well with big races (Sat city races )
for other smaller races, the rate of success is significantly varying, one meeting with fantastic results, 5 out 8, then the next one, zero !

but for big races, showing more consistency
are the other system showing this problem too ?
