Breeders' Cup Mile
VALIXIR: If you look at this French invader a lot of his solid efforts have come after being put on the shelf for more than a month, and that is exactly what he gets Saturday. The son of Trempolino has not been to the races since running fifth behind Gorella and Majors Cast in a Group 1 event Sept. 4. Had Starcraft’s connections decided to run here he would have been a solid favorite in the race and Valixir defeated Starcraft back in June. Love using the European runners in the Mile and will like them even more if the course has some give to it.

Post, I agree with your opinion of Valixir, but there is no doubt that LEROIDESANIMAUX is going off as the favorite in the MILE, even if STARCRAFT had been in. I wish he chose the mile instead of the Classic. STARCRAFT was custom made for this race IMO.
